Job summary

Sally Beauty is seeking a Sr. Enterprise AI Developer to design, build, and deliver AI-enabled enterprise solutions that drive measurable business value. The role is hybrid, onsite at Legacy West Support Center in Plano, TX.

You will work with architecture, security, data, and business teams to transform approved use cases into secure, scalable, production-ready applications, ensuring governance and reuse across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience in software development and application engineering.
• Proficiency in modern programming languages (Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, C#).
• Experience building APIs, integrations, enterprise applications, or automation workflows.
• Hands-on experience with modern AI/ML patterns (LLMs, RAG, embeddings, agents).
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred).
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and production deployment practices.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and support AI-powered applications and integrations.
• Translate business needs into prototypes and enterprise-grade solutions.
• Build reusable AI components and patterns (RAG, embeddings, prompts, orchestration).
• Integrate with enterprise data sources, APIs, and cloud platforms.
• Ensure adherence to approved design patterns and governance.
