Job summary

Sally Beauty Holdings, Inc. is seeking an HR Technology Manager to lead end-to-end enablement, optimization, and continuous improvement of HR processes and supporting technology platforms at our Plano corporate center.

You will drive automation, governance, AI enablement, and measurable business impact across HR functions. Responsibilities include managing HR technology roadmaps, stakeholder alignment, and complex system implementations with a focus on data-driven decision support and scalable

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in HR Technology, HRIS, or related HR Operations roles.
• Change Management methodologies
• Experience with Oracle HRIS/HCM and other HR technology platforms.
• Strong Excel skills for reporting, analysis and data management.
• Experience with BI/Analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau, Oracle Analytics, etc.).
• Knowledge of process mapping and continuous improvement practices.
• Strong project management skills; PMP certification preferred.
• Experience leading change management and system adoption initiatives.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities.
• Proven ability to meet deadlines and partner effectively with HR, IT, and business leaders.

Responsibilities

• HR Process Continuous Improvement, Automation and Systems enablement: design, support and optimize HR processes within core HR systems (e.g. The HUB – Oracle, Reflexis).
• Identify recurring operational issues and conduct root cause analysis to eliminate inefficiencies via automation.
• Redesign workflows to improve control, compliance, and scalability.
• Consult with HR and Business leaders to align technology with operating model and service delivery strategy.
• Lead technology alignment and optimization across HR function.
