Job summary

NinjaTech AI in the Bay Area is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to land the first production workflows for enterprise clients. You will embed with customers, understand their data and systems, and deploy high‑value automations on our platform.

You will work directly with CTOs and operators to translate needs into architecture, handle security constraints, and drive rapid delivery. Expect up to 25% travel and onsite collaboration with the core team.

Qualifications

• Engineering background with Python and at least one of TS/JS, Java, or Go.
• Experience with data pipelines and cloud infrastructure.
• Ability to communicate with CTO and frontline users.

Responsibilities

• Embed with enterprise customers and stand up production agent workflows.
• Wire platform into customers' systems, build bespoke automations and guardrails.
• Be the technical face, run sessions with executives and translate needs into architecture.
• Drive adoption, measure usage, and identify expansion opportunities.
• Own security reviews and data residency requirements.
• Provide feedback to Product and help improve deployments.
