Job summary

Alvarez & Marsal seeks an Enterprise AI Solutions Architect to lead end-to-end AI architecture across frontend, backend, data platforms, and Azure cloud. The role is hands-on about 50% of the time, involving prototyping, coding, and integrating with internal and offshore teams.

You will translate business requirements into scalable architectures, design production-ready solutions, and collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to drive measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of software engineering, solution architecture, or full-stack development experience, incl. 6+ years in senior architect roles.
• Hands-on architect with ability to design, code, prototype, and troubleshoot ~50% of the role.
• Deep experience designing and deploying enterprise solutions within Microsoft Azure.
• Generative AI/Agentic AI technologies and architectures.
• Experience with LLMs, RAG, vector databases, embeddings, and AI SDKs.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end architecture of enterprise AI and technology solutions across frontend, backend, data platforms, AI services, and Azure.
• Translate requirements into scalable, secure, maintainable architectures and define technical roadmaps.
• Develop architecture diagrams, designs, integration patterns, data flows, and technical specs for dev teams.
• Provide technical leadership to internal and offshore development teams and ensure production-ready delivery.
