Tech Mirrors seeks a Senior Agile Coach for onsite work in NYC on a 12-month engagement. You will coach product teams, leaders, and stakeholders through Agile adoption across MTA-IT, driving enterprise transformation and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of software development experience.
At least 8 years of Agile coaching experience.
Proven experience coaching for agile product transformations in large, complex environments.
Demonstrated hands-on experience leading enterprise-wide agile transformation initiatives.
Strong background in change management, organizational design, and driving cultural transformation at scale.
Certified Agile Coach (ICP-ACC, ICP-ATF), Certified Scrum Professional (CSP), SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), or equivalent credentials.

Responsibilities

Coaching teams on Agile frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban.
Facilitating training sessions and workshops.
Implementing best practices and tools; leveraging metrics to inform decisions.
Influencing teams, enabling cultural change, and supporting enterprise-wide agile maturity.
