Job summary
CloudPay Solutions Inc is expanding its world-class sales team and seeking a Senior Enterprise Account Executive to drive revenue growth in the Global Payroll/HCM space across assigned territories. You will own the end-to-end sales lifecycle, build a robust pipeline, and partner withSolution Consulting and Marketing to accelerate opportunities.

Qualifications
- Extensive knowledge and experience in selling within the Global Payroll/HCM or HRIS space.
- Proven track record closing large, complex enterprise deals with revenue targets.
- Direct experience with large multinational/global Enterprise clients, selling into C-Level.
- Exposed to recognised Sales Methodology, preferably MEDDPICC or similar.
- Ability to build long-term relationships with senior stakeholders and partners.
- Ability to analyze market trends, customer data, and sales metrics.

- Revenue Growth through Sales Excellence: Deliver on assigned revenue targets through effective lead generation and customer acquisition
- Identify, evaluate, and prioritize new business opportunities within assigned territories
- Develop and implement strategic plans to penetrate territory and expand CloudPay’s customer base.
- Collaborate with SDR & Marketing to create momentum in the assigned territory, building a strong pipeline aligned with CloudPay’s Go-To-Market
- Work with Solution Consulting, Product, and Customer Success teams to deliver compelling, solution-oriented presentations.
- Partner engagement: Build and leverage partner relationships in the HCM ecosystem and beyond, including Oracle, Workday or SAP
- Market Insights & Industry presence: Monitor industry trends, competitor offerings, and client feedback to stay informed about payroll and payments market.

The Senior Enterprise Account Executive will be responsible for delivering exceptional results within their territory by building a robust pipeline, delivering a strong prospect experience throughout the sales lifecycle, and expanding CloudPay’s market share in the Enterprise segment.
The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the payroll and HR technology landscape, have a proven track record of achieving and or exceeding sales targets, and have a strong will to win in a dynamic environment.
- Revenue Growth through Sales Excellence: Deliver on assigned revenue targets through effective lead generation and customer acquisition
- Identify, evaluate, and prioritize new business opportunities within assigned territories

- Partner engagement: Work with Strategic Alliances to build and leverage partner relationships in the HCM ecosystem and beyond, in particular Oracle, alongside Workday or SAP
- Market Insights & Industry presence: Monitor industry trends, competitor offerings, and client feedback to stay informed about the dynamics of the payroll and payments market.
- Attend industry functions as assigned and approved by management, such as association events and conferences, and provide feedback and information on market and creative trends
- Extensive knowledge and experience in selling within the Global Payroll/HCM or HRIS space
- Proven track record and demonstrated success in closing large, complex enterprise deals with strong, consistent delivery against revenue targets.
- Direct experience working with large multinational/global Enterprise clients, selling into c-suite
- Exposed to and use at least one recognised Sales Methodology, preferably MEDDPICC or similar
- Ability to build long-term relationships and influence key senior stakeholders and colleagues at all levels, including C-Level client contacts and senior external partners
- Ability to analyze market trends, customer data, and sales metrics to make informed decisions.
