Job summary

Senior Metal Bellows in Sharon, MA is seeking a skilled technician to set up and run qualification tests on precision bellows and assemblies. You will read technical drawings, collaborate with engineers, and manage multiple test plans with a focus on data integrity and safety.

Qualifications

  • Comfortable working with high‑pressure systems (6,000+ PSI).
  • Ability to accurately install, read, and interpret pressure and temperature gauges.
  • Ability to assemble basic electrical wiring of sensors and valves used in tests.
  • Experience in a laboratory environment.
  • 5–10 years experience in hands-on technician roles.

  • Identify and correct test issues.
  • Maintain quality, safety, and data integrity in all tasks.
  • Use basic computer systems for data entry and job tracking.
  • Maintain and grow the capabilities of the engineering test lab.
  • Support your team—train others and share knowledge.

Hiring Range

Hiring Range: $76,000-96,000 annually. Final compensation will be determined based on skills, experience, relevant qualifications, and internal equity.
