Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have 10+ years’ experience in construction management and/or public works management.
• Must have experience working on IDOT projects.
• Must have experience with IDOT project management software (CMMS).
• Ability to travel throughout Baxter & Woodman’s service area.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site observation of work, repairs, and testing, as needed.
• Monitor progress schedule and shop drawings.
• Serve as liaison with contractor, working principally through contractor’s superintendent.
• Prepare payment estimates.
• Maintain job site records of Daily Reports, meeting minutes, shop drawing submittals, and pay requests.
• Address resident complaints and concerns.
