Qualifications

• 10+ years' experience in construction management and/or public works management.
• Experience working on IDOT projects.
• Ability to travel throughout Baxter & Woodman's service area.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site observation of work, repairs, and testing as needed.
• Recommend alterations to development and design to improve quality.
• Monitor project progress and shop drawings revisions.
• Resolve construction conflicts and prepare cost-effective solutions.
• Maintain job site records of Daily Reports and meeting minutes.
