Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on engineering experience in hardware environments.
• Extensive experience with EVs or electric material handling equipment.
• Proficiency diagnosing and troubleshooting low-voltage DC electrical systems.
• Proficient in using manual shop tools for rapid prototyping and rework.
• Ability to read electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and CAD drawings.
• Demonstrated time management with minimal supervision.
• Strong problem-solving under ambiguous requirements.
• Effective communication and teamwork with multiple engineering stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support NPI build activities, including integration and wiring of hardware onto platforms.
• Debug and resolve electrical and mechanical issues on test platforms and vehicles.
• Collaborate with hardware and software engineers to build fixtures and validate designs.
• Perform mechanical modifications and electrical rework using shop tools.
• Independently manage and prioritize multiple concurrent requests to meet timelines.
