Helion in Everett, WA is seeking a Senior Engineering Technician to lead assembly and integration of complex electromechanical systems. As a Senior Engineering Technician at Helion, you will lead the build, integration, and troubleshooting of complex electromechanical systems that support our fusion generators and pulsed power architecture. You will drive execution across system builds while independently diagnosing issues and ensuring hardware meets performance, safety, and quality expectations.
You will operate at the interface of design engineering and production, translating evolving designs into executable builds by developing processes, tooling, and work instructions. Your work enables rapid hardware iteration, improves first‑pass yield, and establishes repeatable, scalable build practices.
You will also elevate team capability by mentoring technicians, driving troubleshooting rigor, and reinforcing high standards of execution.
This is a hands‑on role reporting to the Production Supervisor and working closely with Design Engineers, Test Engineers, and Production leadership. This is an onsite role located at our Everett, WA office.
