Job description

As a **Senior Engineering Technician** here at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in providing technical support and expertise to engineering teams. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, contribute to the development of technical solutions, and ensure the successful execution of engineering projects.

You will report directly to our Engineering Manager and you’ll work out of our Freeport, IL

location on an onsite work schedule.

In this role, you will impact the efficiency and success of engineering projects by providing technical guidance and support to the team.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**

• Provide technical support and support to engineering teams

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define test requirements and specifications

• Complete testing activities for assigned projects.

The annual base salary range for this position is $55,000-$82,600. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate’s work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.

**YOU MUST HAVE**

• Associate’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics or equivalent work experience

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in test engineering (practical experience working with engineering equipment)

• 1+ year experience in test methodologies and tools

• Must be a U.S. Person
