Qualifications

Proven ability to influence across teams without formal authority and drive standards.

Responsibilities

Provide horizontal technical leadership across teams (software, APIs, pipelines, RPA).
Define and socialize engineering standards for APIs, integration, and automation quality.
Establish reference implementations to accelerate delivery and reduce rework.
Mentor senior engineers and lead communities of practice.
Ensure non-functional outcomes like performance, resiliency, monitoring, and operational readiness.
