Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Product Development Process, Stage Gate and Husky Standards.
• Strong knowledge of the Husky product lines and customer base.
• Proven leadership, delegation and mentoring abilities.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience with project management and budget oversight.

Responsibilities

• Lead design team through Product Development Process and Husky Standards.
• Support marketing, product definition, specs and VOC.
• Oversee concept development, evaluation and recommendation.
• Mitigate risks via DFMEA and issue analysis.
• Maintain high quality design execution and documentation.
• Plan validation, design reviews, and release readiness.
• Develop team through coaching and performance management.
• Communicate status to management and peers.
• Manage budgets, schedule and resource plans proactively.
• Foster open cross-disciplinary collaboration.
