Job summary

Quality Talent Group is seeking an Engineering Project Specialist in Lititz, PA to support projects across planning, design, implementation and readiness. The role collaborates with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Validation, Automation, and Supply Chain teams to drive operational excellence.

You will review and maintain technical documentation and participate in risk assessments, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives to ensure compliance and smooth project execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or related technical discipline.
• Several years' experience in engineering, manufacturing, or related functions.
• Experience in regulated manufacturing environments.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical and decision-making skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Support engineering projects from planning through implementation and readiness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Validation, Automation, Supply Chain, and Operations.
• Contribute to development and maintenance of engineering programs for excellence and compliance.
• Review and maintain technical documentation, procedures, and reports.
• Participate in risk assessments, troubleshooting, investigations, and improvements.
