Lockheed Martin Corporation is seeking a detail-oriented professional to support engineering staff in releasing drawings, job packages, and other technical data. You will track release status, ensure procedural checks, and maintain centralized control of the release process for the assigned program area.

Additional duties include archival of records, non-production support such as copying and training material, and development of reprographic layouts for signs, brochures, and corporate reports.

Qualificações

• 2 years college degree in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education.
• Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop.
• Basic knowledge of pre-press for digital, large format and offset printing
• 2 to 3 years of print production experience.

Responsabilidades

• Provide support to professional engineering staff in the release of engineering drawings, job packages, and/or other technical data for a program or a technical engineering group.
• Tracks, statuses, and maintains control of the engineering release process for assigned area.
• Controls procedural checking of engineering job packages and maintains central control of engineering release.
• Maintain record retention requirements in archiving document data.
• Support non-production functions in areas of copying, printing, training material.
• Stamp control and process validation and verification of process documentation per each program.
• Develop the overall layout and reprographic design for signs, brochures, banners, and corporate reports or presentations.
• Prepare digital print and cut files for production.
• Operate multistage and wide format printers.
• Represents organizational unit on administrative matters.
• Performs as a generalist a combination of administrative Quality tasks.
• May prepare budgeting, inventory scheduling, and various Quality reports/presentations as required.
