Job summary

Lockheed Martin in Fort Worth, TX seeks a logistics orders specialist to initiate and process spare parts, repairs, kits and SE orders in line with program procedures. You will coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery and accuracy of schedules and documentation.

Responsibilities include reviewing customer requirements, creating documentation, and managing MICAP/AOG statuses, with emphasis on precise data entry in ERP systems and support of audit activities.

Qualifications

• Experience with MS Office suite, including Excel and Outlook.
• SAP experience.

Responsibilities

• Initiates and processes orders for logistics requirements based on customer demand.
• Reviews and researches customer requirements and contractual source documents for order accuracy.
• Creates and maintains order documents, schedules and delivery documentation.
• Reviews order position and MICAP/AOG status to ensure timely delivery.
• Performs data entry for logistics demand and verifies items in software systems.
