Lockheed Martin Corporation is seeking a Documentation Engineer to support Program Managers and Engineering Program Managers, draft and review technical reports, data packages, and contract documents, and ensure all deliverables meet government formatting requirements.

You will coordinate with PMs, DPMs, and EPMs, manage a master delivery calendar, monitor milestones from DD1423 and SOW initiation through submission, and verify compliance before government acceptance.

Qualificações

• Familiarity with documentation management within a contract/program environment.
• Basic understanding of government contracting processes and deliverable lifecycles.
• Exceptional organizational abilities with multiple deadlines and priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to coordinate across teams.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and document management/portal tools.

Responsabilidades

• Delivery tracking & coordination across end-to-end contract deliverables.
• Collaborate with PMs, DPMs, and EPMs to define requirements and timelines.
• Draft, review, and finalize reports, data packages, and compliance docs.
• Upload deliverables to customer portals adhering to protocols and deadlines.
• Maintain a master delivery calendar and provide status updates to stakeholders.
• Verify submissions for completeness, accuracy, and compliance.
• Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and templates.
