Qualifications

• Education: Degree or Relevant Experience.
• Experience: ~15+ years of experience.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements (FDA, GMP, GDP).

Responsibilities

• Lead/design/construction/commissioning/validation for each project.
• Lead and performance manage Project Engineers.
• Direct dispute resolution through to project close out.
• Drive safe, compliant, on-schedule and on-budget project execution.
• Coordinate with procurement on bid evaluation and contract awards; oversee design firms and general contractors.
• Review construction drawings and specs with business units and regulators.
• Coordinate turnover with end users and operations for effective operations.
• Oversee relationships with local authorities for permits and site improvements.
• Coordinate project governance across stakeholders.
