Grove Technical Resources seeks a Sr. Engineering Project Manager to lead complex capital and manufacturing projects in a GMP-regulated life sciences setting in Columbus, OH. You will drive scope, schedule, budget, and resources with hands-on leadership across Engineering, Manufacturing, Maintenance, and Vendors.

The role requires 7–10+ years in pharma/biotech environments and proven experience delivering end-to-end capital projects, including packaging and line upgrades, in a GMP context.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years in pharmaceutical, biotech, or life sciences environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex capital projects from scope to handoff, ensuring on-time delivery.
• Coordinate packaging and manufacturing equipment upgrades across multiple lines.
• Lead production line shutdowns, equipment installations, relocations and cutovers.
• Provide hands-on floor leadership coordinating Engineering, Manufacturing, Maintenance and Operations.
• Develop and manage integrated project schedules, budgets, forecasts and milestones.
• Provide clear project status updates and executive reporting to leadership.
