Job summary

System One in York, PA seeks a Sr Project Manager to lead engineering capital projects onsite. Oversee automation or engineering projects from initiation to completion, manage scope, schedule, budgets, and vendor coordination.

Requires a Bachelor's in Engineering or related field, 5+ years PM experience, PMP preferred, and proficiency with MS Project and ERP tools. Travel up to 25% and US work authorization are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of industry‑related project management experience.
• Active PMP certification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and MS Office Suite (MS Project, ERP).
• Excellent negotiation, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% for business needs.
• Must have a valid passport or be eligible to obtain one.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Oversee automation or engineering projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery within scope, budget, and quality.
• Define project parameters, review contract requirements, and ensure adherence from internal teams and third‑party contractors.
• Create and manage detailed schedules and budgets, track progress, maintain margins.
• Lead FAT activities and ensure safety, sanitary, and quality standards.
• Organize and facilitate customer meetings; act as primary liaison among all project parties.
