Job summary

Curtiss-Wright Corporation in Minnesota is seeking a Project Manager to support design and development activities across multiple actuator platforms, including mechanical, embedded electrical, and software systems. You will coordinate engineering tasks, track progress, mitigate risks, and ensure alignment with program goals from concept to production.

The role emphasizes cross-functional leadership, KPI dashboards, and strong communication with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• BS Engineering Degree required.
• 5-7 years of engineering or engineering project experience in a similar industry.
• Strong technical background.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across engineering and cross-functional teams.
• Experience with project management tools and basic scheduling methods.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be a US Person.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage engineering projects from conception to completion, ensuring they meet performance and budgetary criteria.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations.
• Ensure Stage-Gate readiness: entry/exit criteria, artifacts, and approvals are complete and traceable.
• Identify, monitor, and mitigate risks; drive continuous improvement and KPI dashboards.
• Provide technical leadership and coordinate across engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain to meet milestones.
• Communicate project objectives, progress, and challenges to stakeholders at all levels.
