Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering execution across the full program lifecycle for airborne navigation systems.
• Ensure compliance with MIL‑STD‑810, DO‑178, MIL‑STD‑882, DO‑229 standards.
• Interface with Program Manager, Chief Engineer, and functional teams.
• Develop and defend engineering proposals, budgets, and schedules.
• Oversee IMS maintenance, EV status, and cost-to-complete estimates.
• Develop staffing plans and resource forecasts; manage risk and mitigation plans.
