Hewlett Packard Enterprise is seeking an experienced Principal Engineering Program Manager to own end-to-end PLM programs from concept through release, sustaining, and end-of-life, coordinating across Product, Engineering and Manufacturing.

This role requires 6–10+ years in program management, 5+ years in Agile, and hands-on Jira and Smartsheet experience, plus strong executive communications and risk management to deliver on time and within budget.

Qualifikationen

• 6+ years overall experience in program/project management or engineering program management
• 5+ years in an Agile environment (Scrum/Kanban/hybrid)
• 5+ years of New Product Introduction (NPI) and/or product release ownership
• 5+ years coordinating cross-functional execution
• 4+ years using Jira/Smartsheet for program execution and scheduling
• 3+ years influencing delivery commitments with senior stakeholders
• 3+ years presenting status, risks, and trade-offs to senior management
• 3+ years driving measurable process improvements

• Manages a program involving multiple functions and project teams to drive engineering development and implementation.
• Develops and directs integrated schedules, milestones, budgets, and resource plans for assigned programs.
• Resolves issues and adjusts schedules to meet product requirements and deadlines.
• Communicates program progress and risk analyses to stakeholders and leadership.
• Mentors team members and provides leadership across cross-functional initiatives.
