Senior Engineering Program Manager IS – ServiceNow

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to align priorities and ensure successful outcomes.
- Create a clear vision and roadmap for ServiceNow initiatives that support organizational goals.
- Own the product end‑to‑end: backlog management, release planning, and continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering or equivalent education and experience.
- 5+ years of related experience with strong program and project experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a healthcare environment.
- 5+ years of ServiceNow experience.
- Cross‑functional collaboration, stakeholder engagement, strategic thinking, change management, data analysis, and process improvement (Lean/Six Sigma).
Salary Range by Location
- California – $63.91–$108.82 (full range)
- Montana – $49.36–$84.05
- Oregon – $57.16–$97.32
- Washington – $63.91–$108.82
- Texas – $46.76–$79.62
