Required Qualifications

• Experience in a healthcare environment.

• California – $63.91–$108.82 (full range)
• Montana – $49.36–$84.05
• Oregon – $57.16–$97.32
• Washington – $63.91–$108.82
• Texas – $46.76–$79.62
