• Own the product end‑to‑end: backlog management, release planning, and continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering or equivalent education and experience.
• 5+ years of related experience with strong program and project experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a healthcare environment.
• 5+ years of ServiceNow experience.
• Cross‑functional collaboration, stakeholder engagement, strategic thinking, change management, data analysis, and process improvement (Lean/Six Sigma).

• California – $63.91–$108.82 (full range)
• Montana – $49.36–$84.05
• Oregon – $57.16–$97.32
• Washington – $63.91–$108.82
• Texas – $46.76–$79.62
