Job summary

Atlas is seeking an experienced Engineering Program Manager (Level 4 or 5) to lead aerospace manufacturing programs from contract award through production and delivery. You will own execution, customer communications, and cross-functional leadership across engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and operations.

This is not entry-level; you will assess challenges, align teams, and drive results with minimal onboarding while maintaining quality, schedule, and budget objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering required; MBA/PM certification preferred.
• 5+ years in aerospace/defense/advanced manufacturing or equivalent.
• 5+ years in program management, project leadership, or NPI.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex aerospace manufacturing programs from award to production and delivery.
• Serve as primary customer interface for execution, scheduling, and issue resolution.
• Direct cross-functional teams across engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and operations.
