Generative AI is central to operations; drive adoption of AI capabilities and tooling, partnering with engineers on AI-enabled platform evolution.

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading technical or engineering programs.
• 5+ years direct people management across dispersed teams.
• Proven ownership of program budgets, forecasting, and ROI evaluation.
• Experience applying Generative AI tools to program execution.
• Strong ability to engage with engineers and architects and challenge assumptions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Engineering Program Managers delivering complex, multi-year initiatives.
• Own portfolio roadmap, delivery, and overall budget/Total Cost of Ownership.
• Partner with Engineering, Solution Architects, business stakeholders, and finance to translate strategy into roadmaps.
• Drive GenAI adoption and agentic tooling to maximize team focus on judgment over admin.
