Job summary

Apple Inc. is seeking an Engineering Project Manager (EPM) for GenAI, AiDP, in Sunnyvale, CA. You will orchestrate cross-functional initiatives spanning engineering, data platforms, and IT to deliver high-impact GenAI solutions for enterprise use.

In this role, you will shape technical strategy, lead complex programs, and champion a user-centric approach. You will mitigate risks and foster collaboration across Apple teams while aligning stakeholders around a common plan.

Qualifications

2+ years of engineering experience and 2+ years of managing engineering programs.
Foundational understanding or keen interest in GenAI concepts (RAG, prompts, agentic AI).
BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or technical field, or international degree equivalent.

Responsibilities

Lead cross-functional teams to deliver GenAI platform initiatives.
Own high-visibility enterprise GenAI programs with roadmaps and OKRs; report to executives.
Drive consensus across groups with differing needs and align execution plans.
Create and manage project schedules with dependencies and milestones; communicate status.
Contribute to product definition by understanding customer needs and priorities; build roadmaps.
Foster agile processes and seamless collaboration across AiDP and Apple teams.
