Job summary

Boden Talent is seeking a Head of Projects for a leading commercial real estate services provider in Washington, DC. The role leads a project management function, driving delivery, profitability and client satisfaction.

You will manage a PM team, oversee bids and pipelines, and ensure safety and compliance while growing the business through new opportunities. This senior leadership position offers a high six-figure salary and comprehensive benefits, with occasional travel to project sites.

Qualifications

• Proven project leadership experience across M&E, FM, construction or critical environments.
• Experience developing project opportunities and managing P&L performance.
• Demonstrable success leading and developing project management teams.
• Experience developing, presenting and managing bids, tenders and proposals.
• Ideally, a Bachelor's degree and professional designation such as PMP, CCM or LEED AP.
• Must be authorized to work in the US without current or future sponsorship.

A leading commercial real estate services provider is looking for an experienced Head of Projects to lead a project management function in Washington, DC.

The Role

About You

To be successful as the Head of Projects, you'll have:
