Responsibilities

• Prepare and coordinate plans and schedules for new or existing programs.
• Monitor costs, operational budgets, schedules, and manpower requirements.
• Support and participate in negotiations with customers.
• Analyze effects of projects on Engineering, Facilities, and labor pool for resource optimization.
• Resolve proposal issues and assess progress against plans.
• Formulate corrective actions such as schedule revisions and fund allocations.
