LiveRamp in San Francisco is seeking a Senior Engineering Manager to own three teams—Activation Backend, Integration Core, and Integration Feature—overseeing 20–25 engineers across the US and India. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS or related field or equivalent practical experience.
• 10+ years in software engineering incl. 5+ years managing teams.
• Led 15+ engineers and grown senior technical talent.
• Built and operated large-scale distributed data systems in public cloud.
• Own production reliability incl. on-call and incident response.
• Delivered and maintained integrations with third-party partner APIs.
• Led teams across multiple countries/time zones.
• Communicate clearly with engineers and executives on trade-offs.

Responsibilities

• Lead 20–25 engineers across three teams: Activation Backend, Integration Core, and Integration Feature.
• Hire, coach, and grow engineering managers and tech leads.
• Own reliability, speed, and cost of pipelines delivering data daily.
• Own health and roadmap of partner integrations (Meta, Google, Amazon, TikTok, DSPs).
• Lead incident response from detection to post-incident review.
• Set technical direction: migrate to Temporal, expand self-service, reference architecture.
