Pragmatike is seeking an AI Engineering Manager to lead a small, high-leverage team behind an AI product. The role blends people leadership with technical review of designs and production-scale inference systems.

You will hire, mentor, and guide engineers and researchers, and shape the roadmap for AI-enabled product delivery. Remotely based with Europe time zone alignment, you will collaborate with Product, Infrastructure, Security, and Backend teams to drive architecture, reliability, and AI

Qualifications

• 7+ years in a technical leadership or engineering management role (AI/ML teams preferred).
• Experience building and operating AI/ML platform or inference infrastructure in production.
• Knowledge of the AI/ML lifecycle: training, evaluation, deployment.

Responsabilités

• Manage and grow a team of AI/ML engineers and researchers, including hiring and performance management.
• Own delivery for AI-enabling projects across the product portfolio.
• Co-own the roadmap and operations of the inference offering, including reliability and cost.
