Qualifications

• 8+ years of engineering experience including 4+ years managing engineers in a SaaS environment.
• Proven ability to translate between highly technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience operating in compliance-bound environments (SOC2 or similar).

• Bridge the gap between technical details and business context.
• Lead and develop a team of ~10 engineers.
