• 9+ years of professional experience and 1+ years of supervisory/management experience.
• 8+ years of software engineering experience.
• 3+ years of engineering leadership experience.
• Experience leading reliability, platform engineering, modernization, DevSecOps, or engineering productivity initiatives.
• Experience partnering with Product Engineering, Cybersecurity, Platform Engineering, and Operations teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Experience with cloud-native platforms and distributed systems.
