• Define target-state architecture and technical strategy with architects.
• Drive modernization, re-architecture, and evaluate tradeoffs for scalability and security.
• Champion CI/CD, automated testing, infrastructure automation, and observability.
• Collaborate with Architecture, Product, Security, and business stakeholders.
