This role is fully remote through August 2025, with a transition to a hybrid model in San Francisco starting September 2025.
We seek a hands-on, highly technical Senior Engineering Manager to lead our Payments & Risk Platform team. You will drive reliable delivery, improve quality, and build leadership within our global payments and risk infrastructure. Collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders, you will develop a secure, scalable platform to minimize fraud, optimize payments, and enhance user experience.
You will foster a culture of accountability and excellence, ensuring your team has the resources and support needed for success.
Base pay ranges from $161,000 to $224,000, with additional bonuses and benefits. Final offers depend on experience, location, and qualifications.
