• 3+ years managing multi-disciplinary engineering teams.
• Deep technical competency in aerothermal analysis, TPS development, or structural design.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations, roadmaps, and budget allocation for the Arc Reentry organization.
• Own the technical delivery of the Arc primary vehicle structure.
• Oversee the development of Arc hypersonic reentry GNC algorithms.
