Job summary

Inversion is seeking an Engineering Manager for Arc Vehicle Software to lead development and integration of flight software for hypersonic reentry vehicles. You will manage a team, oversee testing, and ensure software quality throughout the release cycle.

Qualifications

• Typically 8+ years of hands-on experience in complex software development.
• Experience leading engineering teams and managing software release cycles.
• Deep proficiency in embedded Linux and multi-threaded systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations and tasking for the Arc Software team.
• Own the delivery and deployment of flight software for the Arc vehicle.
• Oversee vehicle-level state machines, flight autonomy, and telemetry.
