Job summary

Inversionspace is seeking a Senior Engineering Manager of Arc Vehicle Reentry to lead a team focused on advanced aerospace technologies. You will manage operations, budgets, and engineering efforts to ensure the successful development of the Arc reentry vehicle.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in aerospace engineering, technical leadership, and a strong background in GNC and aerothermal analysis. This role is based at our headquarters in Playa Vista, CA, with a competitive salary range of $165,000-236,000 annually.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of technical experience in aerospace vehicle design or structural engineering.
• 3+ years of formal people-management experience leading multi-disciplinary engineering teams.
• Proven experience managing complex aerospace programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations and budget allocation for the Arc Reentry organization.
• Own the technical delivery of the Arc primary vehicle structure.
• Oversee the development and validation of hypersonic reentry algorithms.
