Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field required, with 10+ years of experience.
• Demonstrated success leading engineering teams within a GMP-regulated manufacturing environment preferred.
• Strong knowledge of GMP regulations, FDA requirements, food safety systems, quality management systems, and validation practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead site engineering strategy and capital planning to align with manufacturing needs.
• Drive continuous improvement to optimize equipment performance and reduce downtime.
• Manage projects safely, on schedule, within budget, and compliant with GMP/regulatory requirements.
• Develop business cases and CAPEX requests to deliver measurable benefits.
• Mentor and develop a high-performing engineering team and foster accountability.
