Job summary

Polluxa, Inc. seeks an experienced Project Engineer to lead capital projects from front end through closeout. You will drive scope, cost estimates, and execution, coordinating with R&D, Quality, and Operations to deliver on time and within budget.

The role requires a BS in Engineering and 5–7 years of full-cycle project management, with strong capabilities in mechanical/hydraulic systems, risk management, and cross-functional leadership. Up to 50% travel across North America is expected.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering from an accredited school (required).
• 5–7 years of full-cycle project management experience.
• Experience in governance, vendor management, scheduling, risk management and leading multiple capital projects across sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead capital projects through full lifecycle: front end, cost estimating, execution, commissioning, startup and closeout.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (R&D, Quality, Operations) to meet objectives.
• Control expenditures within project budget and deliver on time.
• Prepare technical specifications, plans and bid documents with stakeholders.
• Provide technical support to factories to minimize production problems.
• Apply engineering expertise to equipment design and quality improvement.
• Travel up to 50% across North America.
