Job summary

McKesson is seeking a Senior Engineering Manager for the FastAuth team to accelerate prior authorization workflows. You will own delivery, team health, and technical direction across React front ends, .NET services, and Azure integrations.

Lead multiple workstreams with a focus on long-term growth and psychological safety. You will hire and coach engineers, partner with architects, and drive cross-functional collaboration across product, design, and quality.

Qualifications

10+ years of relevant professional experience including 4+ years of engineering management experience.
Experience leading software engineering teams with hiring, performance management, and career development.
Ability to manage multiple major workstreams with a technical and strategic focus.

Responsibilities

Deliver and execute across multiple workstreams with clear goals and accountability.
Define a vision for FastAuth aligned to value stream priorities and partner with architects and staff engineers.
Attract, hire, and retain a diverse engineering team and promote long-term organizational health.
Break down silos across engineering, product, design, and quality to optimize outcomes.
