Job summary

McKesson is seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to join the FastAuth team. You will build and scale applications moving specialty prescriptions through prior authorization faster, collaborating across React front ends, .NET services, and Azure-based, event-driven integrations.

Ideal candidates bring 8+ years of production software experience, strong TS/React/.NET skills, Azure expertise, and a track record of mentoring peers in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript and React, and/or .NET.
• Experience with Azure cloud services and infrastructure.
• Working knowledge of event-driven architecture with Kafka.
• Experience using AI tools in daily development workflow.
• Ability to take a feature from ambiguous requirements to production.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop robust, scalable web applications using TypeScript, React, and/or .NET.
• Partner with engineers to design and implement Azure cloud solutions.
• Lead and coach team members through difficult problems.
• Help build and maintain event-driven architecture.
• Translate complex business requirements into simple technical solutions.
• Mentor less experienced developers and ensure code quality through reviews.
• Deliver high-quality work at a predictable cadence and sustain it.
• Support production, including monitoring and troubleshooting.
