8+ years of software engineering experience with 3+ years in people management
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
Hands-on experience with AWS (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda) and Agile/Scrum workflows
CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment experience
