Job summary

Illumio is seeking a senior engineering leader in Sunnyvale to oversee large, distributed systems and cloud services. You will drive end-to-end product delivery, mentor managers, and collaborate with product, architecture, and business teams to shape strategy.

You’ll champion engineering excellence, design scalable architectures, and lead hiring for high-performing agile teams, while engaging with global stakeholders and driving roadmaps.

Qualifications

• Leads multi-disciplinary teams and drives end-to-end delivery.

Responsibilities

• Manage high-performing teams of 9+ engineers and own end-to-end delivery.
• Mentor and coach team members to grow capabilities.
• Drive design, development, implementation and documentation of engineering solutions.
• Establish engineering practices and operate with metrics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align dependencies and deliverables.
• Partner with Product Management and Business to set priorities and roadmap.
• Interact with Architects and senior leadership to shape future product roadmap.
• Participate in hiring and build agile teams.
• Engage in organizational events and hackathons.
