Horizon3 is seeking an experienced Senior Engineering Manager to lead the Rapid Response Attack Engineering team. You will guide vulnerability research, AI-driven automation, and product delivery at speed while maintaining production-safe quality.

You will mentor a diverse team, set technical direction, and collaborate with Product Management to turn offensive research into a high-quality, market-ready Rapid Response product.

Qualifications

• Direct people management experience leading software engineers.
• Experience partnering with Product Management, field teams, and customers to deliver high quality end-user facing products.
• Strong ability to balance hands-on technical depth with strategic leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead a diverse team of Attack Engineers across multiple seniority levels, ensuring career development and growth paths.
• Set technical direction, priorities, and quality standards for AI-native automation pipelines and vulnerability research.
• Drive hiring and organizational scaling as the Rapid Response team expands.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning, raising the bar for offensive rigor and secure software development practices.
• Lead daily triage and cross-functional coordination for breaking CVEs and zero-days.
