Quicken Business & Personal (QBP) seeks a Senior Engineering Manager to lead a team of 8-10 web, mobile, and full-stack engineers building fintech experiences. You will own technical direction, delivery, and developer growth, collaborating with Product, Design, Quality, and shared-platform leaders.

You will shape AI-native development, contribute to architectural decisions, and coach engineers toward high-quality, scalable software in a fast-paced, customer-driven environment.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years of software development, including 4+ years directly managing engineers.
• Track record of hiring, coaching, and retaining high-performing engineers.
• Experience leading customer-facing software from planning through launch.
• Practical experience with AI-assisted development tools and rigorous reviews.
• Strong product judgment, customer empathy, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Balance architecture decisions with delivery and team health.
• Experience in fintech/personal finance is a plus.

• Own engineering planning, roadmap alignment, releases, and risk management.
• Guide AI-native development strategy and coach teams to use AI tools.

• Own observability, reliability, incident response, and long-term fixes.
• Improve engineering practices with CI/CD, code quality, and reusable designs.
• Provide visibility into priorities, impact, risks, and team health.
