As a Senior Engineering Manager, AI Developer Experience, you will lead the team responsible for developer productivity across the entire engineering organization, including local development environments, build systems, CI/CD infrastructure, AI‑assisted development workflows, engineering productivity tooling, and the long‑term evolution of how software is built at Rippling.
This is a highly strategic role focused on leveraging AI to transform developer workflows, reduce engineering friction, and accelerate product development across the company.
