Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Management, Library & Information Science, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience managing controlled engineering documentation in regulated environments.
• 7+ years in a government agency or similarly regulated setting with records-management requirements.
• Experience with SharePoint Online, OpenText, Feith or comparable doc-management systems.
• Knowledge of governance policies, metadata models, and document-classification frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Govern engineering documentation lifecycle including standards, publishing, approvals, and archival.
• Modernize Engineering Library and content-management environments and improve taxonomy.
• Administer and support SharePoint, Feith, OpenText, and related platforms.
• Translate needs into implementable requirements and roadmaps.
• Support project controls, dashboards, and risk/issue tracking.
• Coordinate solution-delivery lifecycle from design to deployment.
• Advance automation and AI-enabled information-management capabilities.
