You will guide a cross-functional team to deliver seamless, post-sale experiences for associates and customers across channels. You will drive technical strategy, implement microservice architectures, define best practices, and collaborate with Stores, Digital, Pro, Services, Product, and Operations to align

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, CIS, or related field or equivalent years of experience in lieu of education requirement
• 8 years of IT experience
• 8 years of experience in software engineering or related field and SDLC experience
• 3 years of experience leading project or technical teams with or without direct report responsibility

Responsibilities

• Leads a team in support of achieving the company’s mission and fosters an inclusive environment
• Leads the engineering delivery of myredvest Orders capabilities within Stores Post Purchase
• Oversees design, build, and maintenance of solutions within myredvest Orders
• Builds intuitive, resilient experiences for post-sale customer needs
• Partners across Stores, Digital, Pro, Services, Product, Operations, and enterprise tech teams
• Establishes engineering best practices and conducts code reviews
• Advances AI guardrails and human-centered workflows in solutions
